Winemaker at chavignol

Our harvest took place from October 4th to 13th. They were rather late, following a rather complicated year, because of a very capricious weather, going from one extreme to the other. Endless rain all through the spring and until the beginning of July, then very hot and very dry leading to a lack of water in early September ... Fortunately, things finally went back to normal, and we were able to obtain a harvest of good quality and full of promise. We are now going to work on winemaking to try to give you a beautiful 2016 vintage.
